PROGRAM LENGTH
The hairstyling program will take ten (10) months to complete for a full-time attendance schedule of 30 hours per week. Our evening program will take fifteen (15) months to complete at 20 hours per week.

ON-TIME COMPLETION RATE*
Fourty-five percent (45%) of the hairstyling students who were scheduled to graduate between July 1, 2009 and June 30, 2010 completed their program within the graduation date on their contract as compared to the total number of graduates scheduled to complete in the same time frame.

*This rate does not reflect our actual completion rate. The above rate is computed using metrics prescribed by Federal regulations found in section 34 of the code of federal regulations.

ACTUAL COMPLETION/GRADUATION RATE (NACCAS)
Our completion/graduation rates for the cosmetology and hairstyling programs combined for the reporting requirements of National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts & Sciences (NACCAS) in the 2009 annual report is seventy-three percent (73%).

This completion/graduation rate represents the students who were scheduled to complete the program between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009.

LICENSURE RATES
Our licensure rate for the students who took their cosmetology/hairstyling exam in 2009 is ninety-five percent (95%). This represents the students who passed the last part of their exam (written) on the first time.

PLACEMENT/EMPLOYMENT RATE
Seventy-one percent (71%) of the graduates who were eligible for employment in 2009 for the cosmetology/hairstyling programs are employed. This percentage represents the students who were employed and responded to our surveys prior to November 30, 2010.
